Requests made after this date will be submitted by the counselor after January 10, 2027.

If you need a counselor LOR, you will complete this Informed K12 form by the deadline. Your counselor will write a letter for you if you complete the packet by the deadline.

A school report is a form that your school counselor completes. It includes a transcript, a recommendation letter (sometimes), information about the school's academic program in general, and describes you in the context of your class at LAHS.
